Kate is a massage therapist with a deep passion for wellness and healing. A recent graduate of Everyday Bliss Massage School, she is eager to continue her journey of learning and growth. In the coming year, she will begin her yoga teacher training and plans to specialize in Thai massage.

Her path to massage began with a lifelong love of movement through gymnastics and was later shaped by her own experiences receiving bodywork while working in the service industry. These moments sparked a desire to better understand the body and to help others find relief, balance, and presence in their own lives.

Rooted in mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork, Kate’s approach to massage is both restorative and therapeutic. She creates a safe, nurturing space where clients can release tension, reconnect with themselves, and experience the benefits of intentional touch. She views her work as the beginning of a lifelong journey of growth—one that supports not only her clients’ healing but also her own path toward presence and peace.

Outside of her practice, Kate is involved with a German cultural organization and dance group, enjoys traveling—with Thailand at the top of her list—making jewelry, cooking, and savoring slow mornings. She is excited to continue growing in her practice and to support others on their journey toward wellness.
