Nichole Buchs is a recent graduate of massage school and licensed by the state of Wisconsin. She has also been working as a Physical Therapist Assistant licensed by the state of Wisconsin for the last 3 years.

Nichole found her enthusiasm for hands-on therapy while working with patients at a physical therapy clinic.

She realized manual therapy was what she wanted to specialize in and that healing does not only happen in the body on a tissue level, but the mind and soul as well.

Taking care of yourself shouldn’t just be a treat, taking care of yourself is vital if you want to live your best life. The body is meant to move and be stretched.

Nichole’s favorite saying is, “If you don’t use it, you’ll lose it.” Her motivation is to get you feeling and moving better than when you walked in.

Nichole is trained in a variety of techniques that include myofascial release, deep tissue massage, sports massage, cupping, prenatal massage, hot stones, kinesio-taping  and swedish/relaxation massage. Book a session with Nichole and reap the benefits!

Being very family oriented, in her freetime, you’ll either see Nichole at her children’s sporting events or hiking a trail nearby with friends.
